Use of ISHA’s Courses and Materials

Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from the ISHA and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the ISHA’s Courses or others as approved by the ISHA. All materials, including CD's are internationally copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form, electronically, printed or otherwise.

As an ISHA’s Courses registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the ISHA’s Courses facility. You may also print any or all CD and PDF file pages for your personal use in taking the ISHA’s Courses, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the ISHA’s Courses, readings, references, links or any other materials unless permission is given in writing by ISHA to do so.  The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the ISHA’s Courses, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the ISHA’s Courses.

Refunds for ISHA’s Courses

You may withdraw from a course at any time. However, once you are registered and have purchased the course and/or course materials, you will not receive a refund for any reason. As covered on the order form by Dr. Karohs, "I have gone out of my way to make my books and study courses available to analyst at a much more reasonable price by offering them in PDF on CD's. It hurts me very much to say, that it has been brought to my attention by honest analysts, that some unscrupulous buyers have copied the CD's to pass on to others, used the material and then returned the CD to me for a refund. I consider this outright theft and for that reason, I regretfully have to decline any refunds for CD orders."
