I have gone out of my way to make my books and study courses available to
analyst at a much more reasonable price by offering them in PDF on CD's.
It hurts me very much to say that has been brought to my attention by honest
analysts that some unscrupulous buyers have copied the CD's, used the material
(and even passed it on to others) and then returned the CD to me for a refund. I
consider this outright theft and for that reason, I regretfully have to decline
any refunds for orders received on CD's.
