This is a one-page written report outlining the
most important traits and qualifications of a candidate as well as problem
areas.

This analysis explains in detail how a candidate is likely to perform, any
special attention he will need, strong points and week points.
It includes a numerical chart showing traits in very low, low, average, high,
and very high intensity. It also includes a descriptive analysis.

Much of a company's success depends upon sales people who produce. But selling is unlike any other job and the big question is how to identify sales potential in candidates before hiring.
This report evaluates 20 vocational traits. Successful candidates should have most of these traits in good measure. If they have only a few of these characteristics, the chances of making it in sales are slim.
The evaluation does not stop there. It also determines the possible presence of fear traits that would automatically eliminate the applicant from the list of desirable candidates.

Handwriting
samples may be faxed or sent as PDF
files. PDF files are preferred because the quality is usually better than that
of faxed samples.
The "Handwriting Sample Form" includes a line for the person's signature and written permission. Analyses cannot performed without the person’s written permission.

Turnaround time is normally 72 hours unless large numbers of analyses are requested.
Analysis reports will be returned via e-mail as PDF files to a designated person. Please let me know, with your first order, the name of your designated person and a secure e-mail address.
Payments can be made by credit card or company check. For one-time orders, I request payment in advance. (You can include the credit card information on the order form.)
Most of my regular customers I bill and they pay me monthly by check.
Handwriting analyses will be performed by the application of the principles
of graphology, made without bias and without prejudice and without liability to
the analyst. The analyses will be prepared for vocational purposes only and only
factors directly related to the job will be discussed. The results embodied in
the analysis should not be substituted for other vital information such as that
obtained from interviews, references or review of previous job performance. The
information in the analyses is provided as an aid toward understanding the
personality of the individual and is based upon probability.
Fair employment laws prohibit
discrimination in hiring. Since handwriting analysis cannot determine race,
gender, or age, it is immune to bias. Moreover, court decisions have
determined that handwriting analysis is behavior in public and that evaluating
