For International Students From my correspondence with prospective international students, I know that some find it impossible to enroll in my courses due to the killer exchange rate in certain countries. To make it easier for them to participate in my study program I am offering students from countries with poor dollar exchange rates a personal hardship discount. As proof of enrollment you will be asked to submit the following, after we receive the filled in scholarship application form located below: Foreign studies are invited to apply, too. If you are requesting a scholarship, list in detail why you feel that you are entitled to one.
